1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Kelas Access, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Kelas Access provides automation for online course sellers in Malaysia. After a customer completes payment, the service delivers access links (e.g., Facebook Group, video, or Teachable links) via email or WhatsApp on behalf of the seller.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through integrated payment gateways configured by sellers. Kelas Access does not store full payment card details. All fees are payable in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.
5. Refunds
Refund policies are set by individual sellers. Kelas Access is not responsible for processing refunds. Please contact the seller directly for refund requests.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kelas Access is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
